Caving provides an extraordinary bonding experience due to the uniqueness of the cave environment. Group dynamics that can be amplified through a caving experience include communication, caring for one another, and overcoming fears in supportive environment. Your caving experience will be tailored to meet your group’s goals.
WHAT TO BRING
Come appropriately dressed for crawling, squirming, and playing in mud. We will send you more detailed information to help you prepare your caving outfit, but you can generally wear old clothes that you have – just know that they might never be the same color again!
You should also bring water, a snack, a full change of clothes and shoes for after the caving experience, and a large plastic garbage bag for your dirty caving clothes. We will provide all other caving equipment, including helmets and headlamps.
